| Recife | Between Recife & Salvador Posted: Sun December 18, 2005 10:51 PM UTC
Having just returned from Rio & Salvador I would like to return to Brazil and explore the coast between Salvador & Recife.
Can any members suggest a nice friendly coastal town I could visit for a fews days as I would be based in Salvador. A short flight or drive, if t's not too far would be okay. Many thanks, Raykey. |

there is a small beach called mangue seco in northern bahia.
it's very off the beaten track and very spectacular with large sand dunes. in the state of alagoas you have many nice little towns too. barra de sano antonio is one of them. there is a photo from there on my barra de santo antonio page, if you wanna get in idea what it looks like.
