IS ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH OR PERHAPS STAYED AT THE ABAD PLAZA IN COCHIN?

WE ARE BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS IN JAN 2006.

PLEASE ADVISE.

Hi im afraid we don't know about this particular hotel but when we stayed in Fort Cochin we stayed at a lovely hotel called the Old Courtyard...just incase you arrive and its no good.

Greetings from Kerala. I am KK Mar, a UK based International Tourism Consultant currently in Kerala. Yes Abad Plaza is a good, middle range hotel centrally located in Kochi City. Did you book it direct using internet? If that's the case I can through my contacts get you a very similar hotel for far less. If you can let me have the actual dates of your stay and the number of people coming I can easily arrange a quote for you and provide full details of the hotel. Abad Plaza Hotel is a middle range hotel set in the heart of Ernakulam.Hear the prices are Ok though I have not stayed there. However,I also hear that there isn't a bar - not sure whether this would make a difference.
Suggest you contact someone I know in Cochin, Ivor Collis, who would be able to help you in any info or help needed in Kerala. He has a car rental agency in Cochin and should be in the know

my husband and i stayed there for two nights about 10 days ago. It was a very nice hotel, with excellent buffet breakfast and dinner and a swimming pool on the roof. For us it was a nice break from shabbier and cheaper accomodation.

Abad Plaza is a good ,moderately priced hotel situated in MG Road Ernakulam.It is easily acessible and in the right location.If you want any help or any query about the facilities I am very near to that hotel and can help you
