Norah and I are going to be in Perugia the first week of January. We are already prepared for the cold. We want to know if anyone has any good suggestions for comfy places to relax, that are "chill"--you know, cozy with a nice laid back atmosphere. We are looking for cafes or restaurants or pubs that we can sit in, have a glass of good Italian red wine and maybe do some people watching and meeting. Anyone know of a place or places that fit this bill?
