I can see there're very few responses on this forum. But I'm going to try my luck anyway. Does anyone know if there are buses going from Venezuela to Guyana? Thanks.

no.
you will need to take a bus from vemezuela to the brazilian town ofboa vista. from there you have a bus connection to guyana. it's a bit of a detour, but surely an adventurous one.
