hiya, have 4 days to spend and was thinking to go tot Ilha Grande for those days. I have 6 days after that to spend in Rio.

I've been twice to Ilha Grande. If you're looking for tracks and ferry tours with diving, it's a great place. Since you'd be travelling in that direction, I suggest you to visit Paraty too. From Angra dos Reis downtown you can take both the public ferry to Ilha Grande and the bus to Paraty, so it's handy. I hope you enjoy!

Absolutely visit the island! One of the most beautiful places in the world. If you like to just lay on the beach, take a ferry to Lopez Mendes beach on the island-- not crowded, wonderful soft sand. If you are more adventurous, try the somewhat vigorous hike out to Dois Rios. No matter what you do, it is a magical place!
