Hi I'm booking for a trip to Hamiton with afew friends for January '06 and I was wondering if its an ideal holiday destination for singles 18-35 yrs? Does it attract alot of young tourists or is it more for honey mooners and families??

Hi! I was at Hamilton Island two years ago and there were all ages and types there. There's definitely a fair sized group of 'younger' people who were partying all night at the nightclub (we were in a sailing boat on the harbour)... They also have pubs etc too... You'll have a ball! :)

Woops, I didn't finish that right... "we were in a sailing boat on the harbour"...and could hear them partying all night long...is what I meant to say. :)
