did you ever check google or yahoo? also you can contact with tourism information office of konya.The following website is quite a nice start for you to find a contact related with the answer of your question. http://www.konya-bld.gov.tr/ (website of Konya city municipality,well they dont have any english link as far as I know :( ) kultur@konya.bel.tr (e-mail address of Konya cultural afairs) I hope those addresses specified above will work for you.
