What type of weather can I expect in Yalta around the end of December.....is it warm...can I get a tan?

it'll be quite cold, it's winter time.
I was told sometimes it's possible to swim a bit at the beginning of december but that's rare. At the end it'll be cold. Might be even 4 or 5 below 0

its gonna be very cold in yalta. around that time...i went last year and i was freezing especially at night.....during the day time is pretty warm, you might just need a light wieght jacket!....
