Can anyone suggest a nice place (guesthouse perhaps) to stay for a Fri and Sat night for two couples and not too expensive anywhere in the Blue Mountains.

Thanks

When I was there, my friend took me to the Jenolan Caves House. I got the impression from the Internet, that there was expensive and some lesser priced accomodations. It was beautiful and interesting walking about there.

What sort of accomadation ?
4 beds in the one room ?
Share showers & toilets ?

Then try the Katoomba Mountain Lodge, just off the main street of Katoomba.

try the Paragon Cafe'. located at 65 KATOOMBA ST. TEL (02) 4782 2928.
It's a cafe that serves home-cooked foods, great coffe and delicous chocolates.
It costs under $20 for a three-course dinner without drinks
