My friends and i are going to Cagayan de oro city for a convention, this end of november. after the convention we are planning to go to camiguin island. Can anybody tell me how much is the ferry fare from balingoan port to camiguin. and how much would we spend if we stay there for two days. we are on a tight budget. pls help.

Ferry fare would be around PhP 150. We stayed at the Bamboo Resort, 800 per cottage which is good for 4 people (or more depending on how you position yourselves). Plus its very close to the sand bar. Food is expensive though. The tour around Camiguin cost us 1200 (Multicab) not inclusive of food and entrance fees.

how many will you be? if there's only a few of you, it'll be cheaper to rent motorbikes for you to use to go around the island. i forgot how much the rental fee is exactly, but definitely it's a lot cheaper than renting a multicab.
