Hello VT members,
My friend and I will take a short holiday in Germany at the weekend of Christmas. Our itinerary is Zwolle - Tecklenburg - Goslar - Osnabruck- Zwolle. We will stay in Goslar 2 nights. I would like to find out if there is a Opera playing in the surrounding area or in Goslar itself . Furthermore which church would you recommend to go to at Christmas Eve and would you know at what time the service starts?? Thank you very much in Advance Louise |

Hi - just to let you know that Goslar is not in Sachsen-Anhalt but belongs to Niedersachsen as it is on the north-western side of the Harz rather than eastern. Therefore, people who look at Goslar pages might miss your question :)
I'm not sure what goes on in Goslar at the moment. However, a town very famous for its choirs is the very pretty and nearby town of Wernigerode which IS in Sachsen. Just look at its "Kultur" pages for lots of tips: http://www.wernigerode.de/
