greetings
i am honeymooning in the cook islands in late dec. at rarotonga beach bungalows. i work on an oil rig in the gulf which is the worst job in the world so i really want to have the best time of my life. are the bungalows nice as the pictures on the web? will i be able to catch premier league games on boxing day? how much can i get a decent black pearl for? if i like it can i stay? best regards |

We have been to the Cooks three times and yes these bungalows are just like the pics. There is very good snorkeling in that area and some great restaurants. Sails is our favourite. I doubt if you will get premier league games. The best place we have found for pearls is Marthaline Pearls out the back behind the airport. Ph (682) 29008. Not too sure about residency though.

hi..im not sure about the bungalows but for a very nice pearl go see karin and peter at the sunshine bungalows..they are wonderful people and will have an amazing selection..enjoy raratonga its the most beautiful place with beautiful people !!

the Beach Bungalows are nice.they are on the best side of the island...........next a couple of other resorts .but it is the best. Just up the road is a brand new villa built just for Honeymooners..........it is superb..the best I have seen.......built by the same people that have the Maire Nui botanical gardens it is called Heliconia.ring the gardens.they will know........
