We are going to Poznan this december and wondered how do we get from airport to city centre...or what is the best way?

I cannot seem to find the bus or taxi website in english...

If we were to catch a bus -

which number bus?
how long would it take approx?
how many pln would it cost?

If we catch a taxi...

which taxi service should we use?
how long would it take?
and how much should we expect to pay?

30 min (baggage ticket same price) -2.60 PNL
24 hr - 11.40 PNL

About 20 min from airport to center

Yes. Make sure you have a someone that can translate for you. If you don't it's ok...just may be a bit more difficult. Not many people were able to speak english and those that did knew very little and didn't feel confident enough to speak it. But if you assure them that it is good than you may get lucky. I'd also becareful of the taxis they may try to charge you double if they know you aren't from there. If you have a pl friend with you have them request a destination. If you want you can just stop at a kiosk and get a bus ticket...hopefully they will speak english. If you get the bus ticket make sure that you put another ticket into the machine(unless there is an arrow on each side of ticket) I believe every 10 min you have to get it stamped for the fare. If you forget don't sweat it. I've forgotten many times and no one has checked. Hope you have a blast! I'll be back there in January burrrrr. Let me know if you need anymore help.

We went to Krakow in March and it was a very thought provoking, cold, wonderful time!!

I am really looking forward to this trip. We will be there 3 days and there is so much I want to do!!
