Does anyone know the approximate costs of hiring a car/driver to get to Siwa from either Mersa Matruh or Alexandria? There are 4 of us- going from Cairo to Alex (or Mersa) by train...one is a fluent Arabic speaker so will it be easy to find someone when we get there or can we arrange it ahead?

When are you going to Siwa?
I can find a car to bring you from Matruh to Siwa...By the way there is no train from Cairo to Mersa Matruh Mongy

You can also go by bus from either place- a lot cheaper than car.
