New Year: where to go?
Posted: Sat November 5, 2005 03:03 PM UTC
I would like to spend at least 4-5 days around New Year elsewhere than in my boring Rovigo.
My list of wishes includes:
- Roma (Rome)
- Malta
- Budapest
- Hrvatska (Croatia)
and other places in Central-Southern Europe (not too far and not too cold). The problem is that I should travel alone. I don't know where I can stay for a reasonably low price. Is any of you going to visit these places? Can any local help me? It would be sad to be alone at Sylvester!

Well, I haven't got a passport and I wouldn't like to get one now because they will be changed in the next couple of years with new passports including biometric data. So, I'd like to travel within the EU. But I will certainly go to Beograd in the future!

Malta!

Lo scorso gennaio ci sono stato per la seconda volta. Avevo prenotato un pacchetto alla mia agenzia viaggi. Pensione completa. Malta è piccola, quindi ho potuto tornare per tutti i pasti all'hotel. Gli autobus servono tutta l'isola.

Scrivimi se vuoi informazioni su Malta.

For those who have suggested Krakow, I will visit it next summer. I'm looking for a closer place. Zagreb is already more reasonably.
