You'll find many "natives" with motorbikes up there ;o)
And there are many tourists that drive up to Nordkapp during the summer. As far as I remember, you'll also find some biker tipe here on VT from members that have done the trip. Member utttz is at least one of them

To confirm; there are many many foreigners (even from south europe) who drive their motor bikes all the way up north. Even a few on "pedal" bikes too.
