hihi,
i'm planning to trip to visit my girlfriend's grandparents for the 1st time.
So I want to make sure I get to the right place.

How do i go there from JB by bus?...how long the bus journey takes?

I see that you live in S'pore, hence, you do not need to travel all the way to JB to take a bus. You can go down to the bus terminal at Lavender Road (opposite the S'pore Casket COmpany):

Anyway, from JB, you need to go to Larkin Bus Terminal, there are express bus services counters which operate to Batu Pahat, you can buy your ticket on the spot. Buses leaves every hourly. It takes about 2 1/2 hrs from Larkin.

Forgot to mention that it cost around RM$8 for the 2 hours odd trip, do not expect VIP coaches like those in S'pore, it is airconditioned but minimalist. Another thing - CAUTION!Do double confirm your destination with the bus driver before boarding! Some buses switched boarding bay without prior notice and hence,people ended up on the wrong bus.

ah, from JB, there are also buses to Batu Pahat from Merlin Tower, which is 5 minutes walk from JB customs
