Ayup Paula, what brings you to Kolding of all Danish towns??? :) I'll ask my Jutland colleagues if they know anywhere.
"Gaven til maven" (The Gift to the stomach) in A.L. Passagen 9-11 is the only place I've found so far just by a quick search that I assume has more veggie stuff since they do Thai and Indian food. The posh places in town do typical Danish meat fare and not even the fancy Italian seemed to have meat-less main courses. Munkekaelderen (the Monks' cellar) in Fredensgade 28 has an expensive potato and cheese main course on its menu and Lucca in Låsbybanke 4 has a parmesan and grilled vegetable thing as main course.

Hi there,
It's actually my partner who is venturing to Kolding next week as he's involved in a "History of Marine Animal Population" conference. Most of the meals are at the hotel but they have a couple of evenings free & would prefer to eat somewhere that's not "too posh". Thanks for the info. Paula
