Hi we leave next week for Le Selva lodge...I'm just wondering if we should bring mosquito nets or are the rooms mosquito proofed enough?

I'm just back from Ecuador myself - and I have spent a wonderful 4 days in the La Selva Lodge - wise choice :) Don't bother with mosquito nets - they have perfectly good ones there. You are sure to have a wonderful time there! (Yes, this is a touch of envy - I want to go back!!!) And by the way, the food is delicious!
