As far as I know, buses and trains only. Note that the trains do not run every day.

Thought I'd contribute a question...
Does anyone know of any company that offers private aircraft charter in Bolivia? That it may be possible with to arrange a private flight from Uyuni to La Paz.

Just wondering if you solved this issue. I am facing the same problem as I do want to avoid a 12h ride on a bus/train. Many thanks in advance.

We did the train - bus thing. In popular class even. Might be best to take another higher class in the train. It was quite rough but what an experience!!
