Your name is Russian! Tatiana! Did you know?
Unfortunately I haven't been to Bournemouth, I live on the South and am looking for a job too now. I presume that for the EU citizens the rules might be different and getting a job easier. Why don't you find some recruitment agencies in that area and contact them if you have your work permit or fully authorised for working in the UK? Normally their service is free for candidates. Without work permit (or equivalent) it will be illegal and difficult especialy now after immigration rules tightening because of terrorist attacks. Good luck!

EU residents don't need work permits for the UK. As for finding a job in Bournemouth, the summer season is over now. The main work there is in hotels and bars, but there is less of it around in the winter. If you are definitely going there, all I can suggest is that you look in the local newspaper, The Daily Echo or try the website http://www.thisisbournemouth.co.uk/dorset/bournemouth/jobs/
Good luck
