First time in Curacao this November. I would like to do some casual snorkeling off the beach and Port Marie sounds good. Is it difficult to catch cabs in the Port Marie area to scamper back to Willemstad? We don't want to miss the boat.

A cab can be arranged to that area. The have to be called though. It will not be cheap. Porto Marie is a nice beach on the western part of the island. Not very populated but the beach is wel taken care of. Has its barr and restaurant. You can also try Cas Abou beach the beach is much better but maybe the snorkling not.
