I will be in Bariloche during Janurary or February. I have a choice of any of these RCI hotels and condos. Is anyone familiar with any of these?
Club Hotel dut Bailoche,Club Hotel Catedral,Punta Condor,Aldea Andina,Catedral ski village,Peno del Lago,La Casada Hotel,Hostaria del Cerro,Hotel Super Resort Bariloche,Hostaria del Lago.
We will not have a car so anything close to town would be a plus.

I stayed at the Club Hotel Catedral once but in winter though and its true its right in the ski resort. It is really a gorgeous resort, I'm not sure if its really isolated in the summer but it is close to mountains and all. Maybe you want something close to the lake area.

The public transport is very good there, buses running from Bariloche all the way to the Llao Llao, and then there are plentiful private car hires (remis) that are reasonable. The town of Bariloche is OK but the area is much more beautiful between Bariloche and the Llao Llao. I cannot help you on your hotel/condo choices since I have not stayed at any of them. But I would avoid staying in the town of Bariloche if you have good choices outside of town.

Many thanks for all your help. Knowing the KM marker for the hotels gives a good clue as to where they are located. It's a free week with RCI so I just wanted to take advantage of it either here or in Punta Del Este.
