Hi All,

Thanks to those of you who have already provided help with my never ending questions!
Just one more I promise, does anyone know if it is possible to orgainse optional extras such as an elephant ride, Kandyan Dancers & Drummers etc directly at the Eden Hotel to be part of the wedding day package.
I am not sure whether to do this with the company in the UK that I have booked with or wait until I arrive at the Hotel itself. (We arrive on the 26th November and the wedding is not untill the 2nd December so I think this gives us enough time to arrange?)

I'm here for with never ending answers.

I think the best way is to make a request from hotel directly or by your travel agent (may be your agent will keep extra profit margin on it too)

better to contact public relation office in hotel and make a direct request. you can send your bokking details and tell them you need thses optional things.

May be its hard to find some arrangement at the last moment. Specially you will be in romantic mood and december in tourist season too

Its better to arrange it directly with the hotel in advance. Do let me konw if you would like me to find out from the hotel how you can do this. You can e-mail me if you need more info.

Of course these things are possible...

I would advice you to contact the hotel directly (via a mail) and tell what exactly you want as additional things in your wedding package this also gives them time to arrange necessary things on time and provide better service.

You can do this via your travel agent also which would much reliable and easy as you had dealt with them.

My personal choice is to contact directly where you can tell them what exactly you want and to get to know the cost. And also try do it early as possible to avoid disappointment and unexpected additional cost.
