I don't know about buses but there are trains that take about 9hrs.

Probably the best option is to travel by bus. to (Liptovsky Mikulas by bus?) and then to Krakow (check service days- probably Fri, Sat., and Sun.) http://portal.cp.sk/Data/L505802_041212_6734.pdf take care, Maciek

Direct bus from Nitra (dep.13:05)to Ruzomberok (arr.16:47)daily Direct bus from Ruzomberok (dep. 18:10) to Krakow (arr. 21:35) Fri, Sat, and Sun only. Jirzi
