Hi there,
I am travelling to CBE via Cochin in mid Sept... which is the easiest way to travel ?? bus / taxi ?? how much will the fare be ?? Buses to CBE where is the bus station & how do we reach there from Cochin international airport ?? Please advise ASAP.. cheers |

From Kochi (Cochin) there are plenty of bus services. From the air port u mgt have to take a taxi \ bus to the main bus stand. Ther are taxi services as well from kochi to kovai (coimbatore) direct.

better youse Buses , the high way is very good . or you can use train too it may be 4-5 hours

| Kochi | RE: Cochin to Coimbatore Posted: Sat September 10, 2005 07:50 PM UTC Unfortunately Cochn airport is a bit far from the Cochin(Ernakulam).Ofcourse , from Cochin airport, you can take a taxi with a driver(charted car) to Coimbatore if you can afford.Remember that you will have to pay for the return also even though you may not use the taxi.You can check at the counter in the airport for the costs. If you are not in a hurry and on a budget then you go to Ernakulam city from Cochin airport and from Ernakulam M.G.ROAD you can take a private bus to CBE.There are a couple of private bus operators on M.G.Road.The frequency of busess are more from 8pm onwards until about 11pm. Ofcourse you can also take a train.
