Here I found short Russian-Tuvan dictionary and phrasebook:
http://www.kyrgyz.ru/forum/index.php?s=51bee5bc8dd May be some of VTers will find time to translate it into English and French? It will be usefull to have it here on VT.

On the other hand, most of the Tuvans speak fluent Russian. It would be useful for the translation of lyrics though :)
