The weather will probably be sunny and warm during the day in mid to end September. B/c you will be by the sea be prepared to wear a light jacket in the evening to deal with the humid breeze.
Paralia will be relatively quiet at the time since the tourist season will be reaching its end. There will be probably places to get some good food and go out for drinks and such. It's a good time to be there if you'd rather avoid the craziness of the peak tourist season.
Don't remember anything about Hotel Denis - sorry.
You will probably want to visit other places in the area since I don't think Paralia can entertain you that much for 2 weeks. A suggested place: Litohoro, a village at the bottom of mount Olympus. ~25 min drive from Paralia - also accessible by bus (probably via Katerini, the main town). Litohoro combines sea and mountain. Nice beach. Go up to the village to enjoy the view and, if interested, a nice mountain hike.
