I am booked into anankhira soon. On a more worrying note though I have swapped some of my nights for some in their sister resort Khirana.
I am worried that this will not be ready as i can find no reviews anywhere. There are also not as many pictures on the khirana website which leads me to believe it is unfinished. If anyone has any info or is going to koh tao very soon i would be grateful if they could check. It is meant to be located in Chalok Baan Kao Bay Thanks |

I have just had a very polite and informative mail for Narathorn who has assured me that Anankhira is 100% finished. From what I have seen on all the forums that I have visited is that most people have been delighted with their stay. The only people that seem to moan about it were obviously expecting something different. At the end of the day it looks like what is on the website is what you get.... so .. look at the website before you book www.anankhira.com.
As for Khirana, I was assured that it will be 100% ready for my stay in two weeks time. The two bedroom villa is complete. The one bedroom villa is just wawiting the pool to be tiled and the grounds to be planted. People have questioned paying 100% up front. I believe that this is due to the number of villas in each development. They simply cant afford last minute cancellations. I would like to mention that I was offered a full refund when i put my fears to Narathorn. I decided though that this would not be required. I will update this post when I return, just cant wait to get there now ! Zak

Please can you tell me more about it? I read some worrying things so I am not sure if everthing is o.k. with this resort. Is it ready with building? And does anybody know if the spa has opened yet. I would be very thankful if somebode can tell me more, and give me the latest news..... Sorry for my english it is not the best, and I hope you understand what I write. Best Regard, tina
