Dear Marlous, while in Side you can visit many restaurants and kindly ask them if you could learn Turkish cooking by the cook. They are polite people and like to help the auslanders.They mostly speak English and German. May be NL. May be they will pay you also. Try your change. Good luck. I don't thing that there is a workshop in Side.
