Hi
Does anyone know of anywhere on or a short train ride from Manhattan Island that stocks good quality camping gear at a good price? Looking specifically for sleeping bags and jackets amongst other bits and pieces. (brands such as Marmot, North Face, Berghaus etc etc)Is there anywhere that has discounted stock? many thanks, Karen |

The best place for the stuff you need is PARAGON in Manhattan located in Union Square between 15th and 16th Streets on Broadway. They're open everyday til 8PM. Don't know where you'll be coming from but it's a quick easy way to get to the store. Good luck.
