Hello Everybody,
My problem is not directly connected with traveling, but there are so many people here , who know Arnhem and Oosterbeek so well, so that i really hope to find some help here.
More than 3 years ago i was able to meet some very gentle and nice people(they originally come frome Brasil) in Arnhem,they gave me the possibilty to stay at their house for some days and i really like to call them great friends. I like travelling and meet other people, but never found such nice people again, no matter where ive been.

I always wanted to suprise them and visit them again to tell them how thankful i am and that i would like to stay in contact with them closely. but ive lost the address of their house and its not possible for me to find it again. i believe they dont have a KPN number, but a Twinner one, so i wont find them in a phonebook. my only clues are the pictures i made back then when i was able to stay at their house(i didnt even care for the name of the street). Their Family name was "van Amerongen", at least the daughter Kim still had this name (her mother may already use her former name "benelli" again). now what i ask you for is to help me out, to find this house, maybe u know this house and you can tell me the address, or you know something else, which is useful for me. im not absolutely sure, but i believe their house should be around oosterbeek, there are plenty of villas around.

Im planning to stay my next vocation in Oosterbeek and i would like to visit them very much. But im not so sure about the location of the house and maybe its not in Oosterbeek(maybe in a surrounding place),thats why i am so helpless.

i know this is still not much( in addition to the names and the supposed place), but i really hope someone can help me out, or maybe someone can tell me a way how to find this address with the help of my pictures.I also really hope its ok to ask this here, but i see no other way and im really sorry to take your time and patiance.

Just zoom in and see if the streetnames sounds familiar.

According to the pictures, the house indeed must have been in Oosterbeek (obviously the Eastern districts). Maybe this helps by zooming in, when you use the method that Pieter-Jan offered to you.

Furthermore it seems to me you are up for a big challenge, as in the Arnhem area 250.000 people live and among them quite some Brasilians too. Therefore I wish you good luck. If I could be of any assistence, do not hesitate and ask me by VT-mail.

Thanks for the idea with the map, but it didnt help me, too bad.... well the names are my biggest clues, somehow, i hoped that anyone may know them by their names. what more can i tell you?
i cant tell you much more about the house(most things you can see on the pitures), but they also had a wintergarden.
There was also an indonesian woman to run the houehold(she was called"Gerrie")
,she cooked some indonesian food ;-)
i also believe the daughter should be 18 years by now and the mother around 40. from what i belive the daughter maybe starts to study in Nijmegen this year.

i still have a picture of "Gerrie" and also of the inside of the house, but i believe this wont help much. im still thinking of a another way how to find them, maybe someone of you know people from Oosterbeek and maybe you can ask them about their names or show them the pictures i have( i hope this is not asked too much).

im pretty sure that this house must be somewhere in or around oosterbeek.
what makes you think that this house is in the eastern districts of Oosterbeek?
if this area isnt too big, maybe i can search for them in this district myself.

they also spoke about some dutch relatives in Enschede(Boekelo), their name is Stork, "Barbera Stork" shall own a stud farm, but i couldnt find them either.

maybe there is a profesionel way how to find them(something like a detectice agency), but my informations are pictures and names, so i dont know if this might be the right place to search for people, so im realy hoping that you know someone around this place, or someone who knows a lot of houses in this area.

im looking forward to stay some days in Oosterbeek(but no dates yet), so maybe someone is willing to help to look for this house, its just an idea,cause walking around at a place that i dont know(only with the help of a map) could be kinda hard.
anyaway,this means a lot to me and also i will enjoy to see oosterbeek, as i already know its a beautiful place to be.
