Porto to Obidos

I am planning to travel from Porto - Obidos - Sintra - Lisbon.
Can anyone advise on how to travel from Porto to Obidos?

I think the best way is to go by bus (Rede Expressos - www.rede-expressos.pt) from Porto to Caldas da Rainha, which is near Obidos (about 5km). From there you can catch the train (www.cp.pt) or another bus to Obidos.

Does any know which buses go from Caldras to Obidos? I went to a few sites and none of them list Obidos. I tried the Rede bus site as went as the Rodoviaria.

Hi!

The company that does that connection is Rodoviaria do Tejo.
1-Go to this site: http://www.rodotejo.pt/horarios.php
2-Choose "Interurbanas" on your left side
3-Choose the letter "C"
4-In "Origens" choose "Caldas da Rainha" and wait a moment
5-In "Destinos" choose "Obidos"
6-Finally the time table appears

Translation:
Sabados e Feriados - Saturdays and Holidays
Dias Uteis - Monday to Friday, except holidays
Diario - Daily
vesperas Feriado - the day before a holiday
Período Escolar - On School Days
2ª-Monday
3ª-Tuesday
4ª-Wednesday
5ª-Thursday
6ª-Saturday
