Hi,

I will be in Tallinn in August for several days. We wanted to hire a car and explore a little bit. Can anyone recommend any reliable local car rental agencies, or give any recommendations on where is best to get a car from. There is only 2 of us so just need something small.
Also any suggestions on where to go? Are thinking of visiting the beach and Lahemma National Park? Are these good ideas? Is the waterfall at Lahemma worth seeing (looks good in photos!) or are there nicer places to drive to. Looking to limit ourselves to roughly a 2 hour radius of Tallinn but open to suggestions.

Here you can find the companies that rent cars. To my knowledge, the best companies are: AVIS, AT-rent, Budget, Pro rent, Sixt Eesti. But Im sure you will have no problems with other companies too.
Lahemaa national park is definetely worth a visit, there are 3 waterfalls. One of them, Vasaristi waterfall is concidered to be the most beautiful waterfall in Estonia.
In that area there are also a lot of manors, also worth to visit.

One thing is for sure, the best beach in Estonia is in Läänemaa, Nõva vald, Peraküla.
It's about 1,5 hours from Tallinn.
Tourist usually call it "Miami Beach" :))
There arent too many people. If your looking for something quiet that is :))
