Sogn og Fjordane Travel Forum

Can anyone tell me if there are any kind of boat travelling trough Sogn og Fjordane in October?
I´ve made my research and there´s a lot of round trips cruises, safaris and so on in the summer but it seems that in October there´s nothing , so i understand that we cannot travel trough the fjords in that time of the year, is that really true ????

I pass the norway in a nutshell it´s too expensive....

there are a lot of ferries on the norwegian fjords that goes all year since it is the only way to get to a place
if u have a car its easier than travel with bus
norway in the nutshell tour is useing ecsisting bus, train, ferry routes...(so i heard) so the price probably will not change much just more work to figur out the diffrent scedules

A roundtrip with the Nutshell from Voss is 490 Nok. How are you travelling, by car or with Scanrail. If travelling with Scanrail-card the Nutshell trip will get a lot cheaper. The train journey to/from Myrdal and Voss is already covered and you get a discount on the rest of the journey. If travelling by car you could drive to Flåm and take the ferry to Gudvangen and bus back The ferry is 195 Nok and bus back don't know. Ordinary car-ferries run all year, also in Sogn og Fjordane - that might be seen as a boat tour.

We are travelling by car (rental car), i´ve notice that from Flam there are a boat to Gudvagen but there´s no return, but as 30 something said there are bus back to flam so we problably do so.

Yes, prices are high as " 50 something " said but i think it´s worth it, as far as i know you do really live in a very beautiful country.
