I'm traveling to San Juan in Sept of 05,a cruise and then a week on Vieques.
I'll need a car while in San Juan and one on Vieques so my question is should I rent on at both places or simply drive to Fajardo and ferry one to Vieques and back? Looking for advice and remember "I ain't no rocket scientist" LOL... Thanks for any help, Robert |

I haven't been in Vieques in over 20 years, but you don't really need a car there, the island is only 7 by 3.5 miles long. Put on your tennis shoes, get your suntan lotion, your water bottle and enjoy the walk!
