Hi Everyone,
Could someone let me know the current cost of living in Doha. How much is a liter of petrol? How much is a monthly rent for an unfurnished appartment in a decent location in Doha? Do they usually have facilities like pool and gym etc. Is there any income tax in Qatar? (I hope not ;) Thanks to anyone who might be able to help. Pedrone |

Petrol is very cheap. Around QR 0.7 per litre. That would give you 50 litres for a little less than US$ 10. Now the rent is another story, you will need upwards of QR 4.000 for a decent apartment. Some of these come with facilities, most don't. If you want pool and gym you should try for a villa or apartment in a compound, but these are considerably more expensive. Good news - no income tax in Qatar.
