I would like information about rental car im Puerto Montt. I rental car in Puerto Montt and drive to Boariloche. where will rental Car? How much? Is it possible to cross this car to Agentina? Thanks |

Hello Marcos,
I've had an excellent experience with a rental company in Chile named Adel rent-a-car. You should probably write them and they might be able to help you in Puerto Montt as well. The guy name is Gerson (I don't remember his last name) and his email is gerson@adelrentacar.cl He will be able to answer you also about the current procedure of crossing the border with the car. When I was there (almost 1 year ago), it was possible to drive back and forth between Chile and Argentina, but it wasn't practical to rent the car in one country and to drop it in the other. Anyway, you'd better check with him. Sorry for the late response (as you might expect, I was travelling abroad - this time to Romania). Cheers, Marius
