No. Aruba has some of its own governing policies seperate from the Dutch. Plus, it's only in Amsterdam where you can easily buy pot, ect., not even the whole of the Netherlands. Even still, I'm sure the cops might be pretty soft on busting for pot and the like. But you won't find coffee houses like you will in Amsterdam.

No Aruba has its own rules. One correction to the other answer you got. In the netherlands you can get softdrugs easily in any other big city. The thing is compared to amsterdam the selling points are less and may not be that centrally located
