Getting from Hannover to Hildesheim

Hello folks.
I am planning a visit at the Mera Luna fest which takes place in Hildesheim (13-14 aug)
Since it will be my first visit in Hannover, I would appreciate some tips for the best (and cheapest) way getting to Hildesheim from Hannover airport\ZOB

It' quite easy to get to Hildesheim from Hanover. You can go by bus or train. Train is better and faster. Trains are running very often to Hildesheim. Mera Luna is one of the biggest events in Hildesheim. Take care and have fun!
