They are all beautiful! For great views stay in the resort areas, if you go to the other side of the island it gets very dry and desert looking!

The two main beach areas are Palm Beach, where the high rise resorts are, and Eagle Beach, closer to Oranjestad, by the low-rise resorts. They are both beautiful, with water sports opportunities, etc. Really, technically, they're the same beach - you can start walking at the top of Palm and end up at the bottom of Eagle.
Baby Beach is located at the southern end of Aruba, past downtown San Nicolas. It's called Baby Beach because the waters are more protected and pretty shallow. Great view of the refinery across the way (ew) but good for beginner snorkeling and for kids. Very few amenities compared to the resort beaches - only a small snack bar.
