Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advices about where the best shopping areas in Ålborg are...I'm going there in two weeks and I'm really lokking forward to it. |

jomfru ane gade is the place where things are happening, when it comes to shopping and nightlife.

Well, Jomfru Ane gade is definitely not the place when it comes to shopping, since there are only bars and a few restaurants in that street. But if you're looking for a place to get drunk cheap, Jomfru Ane gade is the place.
Aalborg has two main shopping areas. You have the area known as "Strøget", mainly Bispensgade, Gravensgade and Algade in the center of Aalborg. All three streets are pedestrian steets and full of shops (and quite good shops in my opinion). The other main place to shop is "Aalborg Storcenter". It is a shopping mall on the outskirts of the city. I hate malls and therefore recommend Strøget. Have a nice trip. Aalborg is a wonderfull city. Henrik
