I want to go from in Incheon to the port near Dandong on the border of China and N Korea by ferry, and I would like to know how to book tickets for this. I want to book from here in Japan.

I can't read Korean, so I called Incheon felly terminal to book, but the staff told me to call later, even though not asking my name. And I'm going to take a ferry around korean auturm holidays, so I'm worried about that. When can I book? And How should I pay for the ticket?
