Bellagio More weather Bellagio

How likely is it to have rain in Bellagio in May and September? I note that many of the photos of the Lake Como area appear to have been taken on cloudy or rainy days and would like your experience.

Having holidayed in Varenna on Lago di Como (very close to Bellagio) twice in in last 3 years during September, I can say that we had maybe 1-2 days when it rained, and even then it tended to be spectaclar and short.
The rest of the time it was it was 20C - 25C, sunny or high cloud.
We loved taking the 15 minute ferry trip to Bellagio and having lunch.

Hy DeerMeadow!!!
If you look my little travel page about Como and the lake
you can find photoes of this last days.
Today I was in Menaggio and the weather was absolutly perfect!
Here now is sunny and very very hot but you find always good cool breeze that can refresh yoor skin! it's also fantastic to stay in Bellagio/Menaggio/Cernobbio during the evening 'cause the sun is not so hot and the night is quite fresh!
Sure you can find rain days if you are unlucky but during the summer (June-July-August)and the weather is good. I hope this sun for the entire summer ; )
Obviously May is the end of spring and is quite rainy here and september is the beginning of autumn and the weather in that period is quite unforeseeable! But we have Alpi that protect us! ah! ah! ; )
Be hopeful! Unfortunatly we haven't the wizard crystal ball but... yes, we should have it ; P
I hope splendid weather for your future travel!
Veronica
