Hi there,

My husband is now working in Doha ( was there since begining of May 2005) and I will be joining him in October this year. He is given a family apartment called Al-Jawhara Residence... can anyone tell me how is the place like? Is it convenient for me to do household shopping or marketing? Is it possible for me to get a part time job? Is 23,500 QAR per month sufficient ? Would much appreciate if someone can tell me more about Doha.. Thank you in advance :-)

First of all 23500 is good.
You can get part time job with no problem. make sure that you stay under your husband sponsorship not his company. I do not know where is aljawhara residence bu I am sure it is in Doha and Doha is a small city where everything is close and you can get to locations within 10-20 minutes.
