Does anyone know a way to get from Philadelphia or Willmington to Bethany Beach other than Greyhound? Thanks!

I would say Greyhound is your best bet. Unless you find someone who can give you a ride on Craigslist.com.

Dart First State has buses that run in the summer from Wilmington to the beaches. If you are coming from Philly, you could take the train to Wilmington and then the bus to the beach.
