There used to be a summer air service to Frobisher Bay, now renamed Iqaluit, in Canada but it hasn't apparently operated for a few years now.

Do you want to go to Nuuk or to the southern areas? That makes a difference...
IcelandAir flies from a few places in the US quite cheaply into Reykjavik, and from there you can fly Air Iceland (notice the difference?) to Narsarsuak in the south. They do not have regular flights to Nuuk. You may also fly Reykjavik-Kulusuk, and then by greenland Air over to the west coast later for added adventure... Between places in the south use the local and regional ship routes. If from Copenhagen, you will end up in Kangerlussuaq, and it will cost you about 250-300 USD from there to Nuuk or Narsarsuak or other places - one way. From Nunavut there are sketchy options only, and costly to get there from the US and away. Charters and 4-5 flights into Asiaat and Nuuk from Baffin island per summer. If you have good connections to military circles you gan get a ride from the US to Kangerlussuaq or Thule air base. Conclusion: stick to the Reykjavik route...
