Now my friend got the joboffer and i hope someone can tell me, if this offer is acceptable:

Basic 8.000-9.000
Housing 2.500-3.500
Transport 1.000-1.500

Well, to start with it looks like a decent offer. Secondly whether its enuff or not depends on an individual and whether u are single or coming with family. If u need an apt all by urself then u wud just fit in to ur housing allowance, if u looking for a villa for urself then u wud need more atleast 6K for a 3/4bhk villa. But if u are sharing then, its more than enuff. I have rented a 2bhk semi-furnished in the heart of city for 3.5K. Though its too big a house for a single guy (banker), I just went for it.
Transport is not expensive at all.
My suggestion would be to sum up ur entire monthly salary and then break it up into the expenses, and then u wud be quite comfy.
I presume here that u are happy with the job profile, unless ur question was whether for ur job profile is the offer decent..??

so you are talking about approx. 12k or 13k riyals, that's a good salary, but remember accomodation here in doha is expensive.
