I am interested in locating a wedding coordinater who lives in Butuan City.

I know a wedding planner/coordinator in Davao, not in Butuan, but she's willing to coordinate for you in Butuan, depending on what you'd be agreeing upon.

I appreciate your response but what is their proposal?
To give you some background to our situation, my girl friend is working in Manila and most of her family is in north eastern Mindanao and that is the reason for having the wedding in Butuan City.
It will be a simple wedding approximately 30-50 guests,we are trying to confirm a catering supplier,my girl friend will look after the wedding gowns and she still has to decide either a garden or church wedding.
We are negotiating with The Almont Resort for the reception and possibly the garden wedding service.

Actually there is no proposal yet because they want to know your needs. However, since it appears that you have already coordinated for most of your wedding major needs what would you needing a coordinator for? Or are you still finalizing the whole event itself or maybe still scouting for other options?
