Hi,
I will go in Tartu this summer, so I reserved a room in an hostel. The hoste is the Peepleri 14. Someone knows this hostel? Is near the city center? Is a safe area? thank you very much |

Hi,
Although Tartu is the second largest city in Estonia, it is relatively small. Therefore although the house is not located in a very centre, it is only about 5-10 min walk to the centre. Pepleri 14 is Tartu University student residence hall. It was renovated in 1999 and 2001. Tartu is a very safe and friendly neighbourhood overall.
